Des espaces frontières comme nouveaux territoires informationnels de la Protection sociale en France ?

Seen as frontier areas, intermediary organisations could be at the heart of the transformation of Social Protection in France. In our view, they are a new territory (or field) of Economic Intelligence. We study them using the ambivalent notion of frontier : which can be both a barrier or a space for exchanges. In healthcare, the frontier as barrier would correspond to compartmentalisation, particularly between primary care medicine and the hospital sector.
